We are 1 building/premise away from being able to open as a short break venue, overnight accommodation. We are seeking a 12 000.00 Euro Investment.

 

This will build a Rustic wood and schist stone cabin able to sleep 3 people with Self catering facilities.

I am open to any agreement, terms and conditions you may require.
As an investor a financial agreement as a % could be made or you may want unlimited access to the venue

Currently on the farm we have:
Four private, secluded river beaches for you recreational pleasure
Welfare facility which includes 2 flush toilets and Hot/Cold Shower
WI-FI access, 240V electricity photovoltaic system 

Refreshment area with fitted outdoor kitchen
Off-road parking and safe access to the river.
